I entered into a two separate contracts in June 2023 1) investment opportunity for upcoming show in Macon Georgia with artist Latto for 9/9/2023. I wired 150K initially to NR Hunt who was the third party that made the introduction. I was told that we was acting as an escrow account. 2) second contract was a finder's fee agreement which would pay 10% of net profits following the show to compensate NR Hunt for brokering the deal (he resides in LA) I later found out that NR took $30K from the initial investment and only sent $120K to Brian Williams who resides in Georgia. Brian Williams said I was going to lose my investment because the artist demanded more money and told him to put another 25K in cash to his bank account on 7.1.12023. I kept asking Brian and NR why isn't it being promoted on Ticketmaster because the collesium holds 9k people and we had to start promoting. Brian later tells me on 8/1/23 that the show was canceled and we was waiting for a refund any day now. I have been asking for an update especially the in the contract it says we would receive a refund with 3-7 days following the cancellation. They have been unresponsive. I filed a police report on 7/27 and spoke to several attorneys. They told me to reach out to the FBI since the magnitude of the dollar amount was high and there were intrastate wire transactions. I am now working with the FBI and other victims coming forward to support this case.  He is now doing more shows with other peoples money.  This needs to end!
