Will not meet in person to be transparent. Will make 1001 excuses about how he is training staff in the new office in Bahrain We had a transaction for over 6 months that was never funded, but he insisted he needed more money to have a project funding release of 8.5m from the lender. Excuses after excuses, make sure you do a serious background check, cause he edits dates and times on his documents. Run away from this non-performing group ... your description ... Dubai & Bahrain
