Bucks County SPCA Theft by Fraud, animal control officer's abuse of power, & manufacturing fraudulent evidence New Hope Pennsylvania

The Animal Control Officer falsified evidence by using reflective solar radiation temperatures(a much higher temperature) claiming they were ambient temperatures(the proper temperature of where the birds actually are), & none of her temperatures stated in her sworn statement matched up with the photos of RRT taken. Claimed temperatures were taken from several different places, yet all pictures were from 1 spot on the top of 1 reflective cooling tarp, not from where the birds actually where. Made up that there was a dead bird in an incubator when no birds had hatched yet, there was no pictures taken of this supposed dead chick, because it never existed. Ignored standard farming practices, & just made up items of neglect with no cooberating evidence. They use extortion of a huge vet bill to coerce you into a plea deal even when you're innocent of the charges. It's all done to get your animals to keep themselves in business, & for the animal control officers to meet their quota for their bonuses. There was so many faked statement in the officers sworn statement that I found with my evidence to the contrary, that it took up 13 pages in just 1 "rescue" on a single small farm/homestead. Yet they attack hundreds of people a year. I was I could put it all here. No government agency oversees animal control officers in PA.  They're a rouge agency.
