Ordered FSBO sign Thursday, October 13. Confirmation on order page said order should arrive Thursday10/20. On Tuesday October 18, sent email asking for confirmation of delivery date. NEVER HEARD BACK. Called company same day Tuesday, October 18 and woman told me delivery scheduled for October 20.

Received email Wednesday October 19 saying delivery is scheduled for MONDAY OCTOBER 24 - THREE DAYS AFTER MY OPEN HOUSE! Put me in a bind to buy store bought sign. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Website states SHIPS NEXT DAY provided order submitted by noon CST. Placed my order 11 AM CST. THAT IS NOT TRUE!
