Building Ed Lacer TRM Holdings General Contractor provided poor workmanship, lied about warranty, delayed job completion by months and left a mess at my home after I had enough and fired them. San Antonio TEXAS

Contractor repeatedly lied about completion time frame on all work to be completed. Contractor went months past agreed upon completion date and hardly ever showed up on site to complete quality checks in the contractors he hired to do work related to stucco. On numerous occasions I asked Miguel(General Contractor) what the hold up was and he always made up lies. As the day approached for completion Miguel hardly visited the worksite and due to this the quality of work on the stucco was severely affected negatively. I showed Miguel the terrible workmanship and produced several photos showing him the poor work and he said he would address it which led to further delays. I then asked for a hard completion date of there repairs and I indicated I was tired of the delays and I would like to move on without him if they could not produce quality work. Miguel gave me completion date and said the work would be done right but this was a lie. He hired the same guys that did the original work and several weeks later the same quality work was done. I fired Miguel and requested they clean up the work space and remove and clean all tape, overspray, and mortar mess they left. Miguel and the crew did not do this. They simply power washed the patio but left over spray and mortar and tape all over my new $2800 ceiling and left mortar build up and over spray all over my new cedar post. After asking him why he didn’t clean up the mess and damages he didn’t reply back to my text and he didn’t provide us with our warranty for the work he completed that he said he would give us. I gave them over $30000 and my back patio looks like a mess and looks terrible and they refuse to answer my text messages or phone calls.
