Chris McMullen-10824 Collingswood DR, Laporte Texas 77571 and Sebastian Smith-459 Maple St, Mandeville, LA 70448-run multiple scam Oil & gas related construction companies. Petro-Smith, Sea Bass Oil & Gas, Bull Operating LLC are just some of the names they do business under. They will NOT pay you for any work or equipment they get from you. They are currently being sued for $1million dollar in a fraud case in Harris COunty Texaas (Houston) by Dayton Land Company. Do not believe a word they say-they have both been charged with criminal charges in the past as well. Avoid at all costs.
