Burn Jaro / Glam FiI placed and order and then immediately tried to cancel and they said they couldn't stop it even thought it was only minutes after ordering and hadn't shipped. they said I had to wait for it to be delivered and then I could send it back and get a tracking number and when they received it back they would refund in full. I did all that they asked and tracked it and they received it back on May 3rd 2025 and I sent them a message and they responded and asked for the tracking number to help speed up the refund. I did all that was required and now it has been a month without anymore response from them. I have tried calling the number that I have for them and now it just says to email them and they will respond in 24 hours and I have heard nothing in almost 30 days... the refund it for r$555.01
