Thomas J. Montgomery and Charles Ryans offered the sale of Shelf Corporation for $499.99.
The did not deliver. In fact, they are ignoring all my emails and phone calls.
I then did some research on Thomas Montgomery and found out he is a felon. Six counts of fraud.
On this website, he has a long list complaints.
