CONSUMERS BEWARE: They showed up to clean our carpets and asked us to step outside. The man was done in less than 20 minutes for a 2 bedroom apartment. He did not pre stain as agreed upon, he did not clean one of the rooms and said he forgot but that he had to go to another appointment. The carpet still looked stained and hardly moist. I called the owner Ramiro and he said I should pay the full amount agreed to in cash only and that he would send someone else to redo the carpets in the future.

They then blocked my phone number from their system and when I call in from another phone number they hang up the phone on me. The carpets look almost the same as before they were cleaned. They did an incredibly poor job and demanded payment in cash only so we could not dispute with them the charge. They put flyers in our complex but when they show up they quote a completely different price. The guy that cleaned the carpet said he had to rush to another appointment. He shows up late at ours and 20 minutes later he was rushing to the next one.

I have reported them to the DA's office of economic crimes for investigation into fraud and bait and switch tactics.
