BusPlus My day could go much better, thank you, except for the fact that on Friday, March 1, 2024, I took one (1) of your BusPlus buses from El Bolsón, Río Negro Argentina to Esquel, Chubut Argentina and received very good service. terrible, poor and harassing for the following reasons: FYI: I already paid for my bus ticket with my visa credit card and someone on the bus asked me for my passport! I don't even speak Spanish so I just boarded the bus so I could sit down and get my passport! Buenos Aires Buenos Aires

 

BusPlus Mi día podría ir mucho mejor, gracias, excepto por el hecho de que el viernes 1 de marzo de 2024, tomé uno (1) de sus autobuses BusPlus desde El Bolsón, Río Negro Argentina a Esquel, Chubut Argentina y recibí un servicio muy terrible, pobre y acosador por las siguientes razones: Para su información: ¡Ya pagué mi boleto de autobús con mi tarjeta de crédito visa y alguien del autobús me pidió mi pasaporte! ¡Ni siquiera hablo español, así que acabo de abordar el autobús para poder sentarme y sacar mi pasaporte! Bueno, su conductor loco o quienquiera que fuera ese empleado masculino se enojó mucho, fue grosero y se molestó conmigo y amenazó con llamar a la policía por sentarme y tratar de sacar mi pasaporte estadounidense válido solo para mostrarlo con el fin de completar mi viaje. Con respecto a: ¡Queja muy grave!

Estimado Ejecutivo de Empresa BusPlus Vía Tac:

¡Buenos días o buenas tardes a ti!

¿Cómo es tu día hoy en la soleada Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina y/o en cualquier otro lugar del mundo en el que te encuentres?

Mi día podría ir mucho mejor, gracias, excepto por el hecho de que el viernes 1 de marzo de 2024, tomé uno (1) de sus autobuses BusPlus desde El Bolsón, Río Negro Argentina a Esquel, Chubut Argentina y recibí un servicio muy terrible, pobre y acosador por las siguientes razones:

Para su información: ¡Ya pagué mi boleto de autobús con mi tarjeta de crédito visa y alguien del autobús me pidió mi pasaporte!

¡Ni siquiera hablo español, así que acabo de abordar el autobús para poder sentarme y sacar mi pasaporte!   Bueno, su conductor loco o quienquiera que fuera ese empleado masculino se enojó mucho, fue grosero y se molestó conmigo y amenazó con llamar a la policía por sentarme y tratar de sacar mi pasaporte estadounidense válido solo para mostrarlo con el fin de completar mi viaje.

Si supiera que este es el tipo de trato sucio y repugnante que brinda a sus clientes al abordar sus autobuses, ¡entonces habría elegido una compañía de autobuses diferente!

¡Nunca antes había tenido este tipo de tratamiento en Argentina y / o en cualquier otro lugar del mundo y no merecía este tipo de abuso por ser un cliente de pago que ya pagó el boleto!

Por mi inconveniente: merezco un reembolso completo en mi tarjeta de crédito por este abuso que fue más que vergonzoso o, de lo contrario, publicaré comentarios negativos sobre esta experiencia en Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tripadvisor, etc.

Adjunto encontrarás el E-Ticket para que realices tu viaje. NO es necesario que lo imprimas para subir al micro, podés presentar tu DNI para que el conductor lo escanee o mostrar el E-ticket en tu teléfono celular o Tablet.

Menores de edad deben presentar la autorización adjunta, completa y firmada para ingresar al micro.


AVISO IMPORTANTE: 
- Recordá que debés presentarte 20 minutos antes de la salida del servicio.
- Tené en cuenta que el servicio puede ser cubierto por una unidad de cualquiera de estas empresas: Albus, Don Otto, El Rosarino, El Valle, Rutamar, Tigre Iguazú, Vía Bariloche o Vía Tac.
- Usá siempre cinturón de seguridad durante el viaje.


Este boleto pierde validez si no se usa en la fecha, hora y servicio estipulados en el mismo. En el momento de emisión del presente boleto, deberá controlar fecha y hora de viaje, como así también el precio, categoría, tipo de servicio y lugar de destino conforme a lo solicitado por usted. Una vez emitido no habrá reclamos. Este pasaje es intransferible.

Los boletos adquiridos con tarjeta de crédito no tienen anulación ni reintegro del importe en efectivo. Este pasaje puede ser canjeado si se ajusta a la Res. 1317/53 de S.T.N: Desde las 24hs anteriores y hasta 1hs antes de la salida es reembolsable con un cargo del 30%. Desde las 48hs anteriores y hasta 24hs antes de la salida es reembolsable con un cargo del 20%. Más de 48hs es reembolsable con un cargo del 10%.

El boleto confiere el derecho de transportar hasta 15 kg. de equipaje SIN CARGO, que equivalen a un bolso. Todo equipaje se recibe para su transporte en bulto cerrado, sin declaración de contenido ni valor. La responsabilidad de la empresa, respecto del mismo, está regida por las resoluciones S.T. 47/1995 y 212/2002. Cuando tu equipaje supere el límite reglamentario, deberás despachar el exceso de equipaje como encomienda por lo que te recomendamos presentarte como mínimo una hora antes del viaje para realizar el trámite. Objetos tales como tablas de s****.>

Regarding: Very serious complaint!

Dear BusPlus Vía Tac Company Executive:

Good morning or good afternoon to you!

What is your day like today in sunny Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina and/or wherever else in the world you are?

My day could go much better, thank you, except for the fact that on Friday March 1, 2024, I took one (1) of your BusPlus buses from El Bolsón, Río Negro Argentina to Esquel, Chubut Argentina and received very terrible service , poor and harassing for the following reasons:

FYI: I already paid for my bus ticket with my visa credit card and someone on the bus asked me for my passport!

I don't even speak Spanish so I just boarded the bus so I could sit down and get my passport! Well, their crazy driver or whoever that male employee was got very angry, rude and upset with me and threatened to call the police for me sitting down and trying to get my valid US passport just to show it in order to complete my trip.

If I knew this was the kind of dirty, disgusting treatment you give your customers when boarding your buses, then I would have chosen a different bus company!

I have never had this type of treatment before in Argentina and/or anywhere else in the world and did not deserve this type of abuse for being a paying customer who already paid for the ticket!

For my inconvenience: I deserve a full refund on my credit card for this abuse that was beyond embarrassing or else I will post negative comments about this experience on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tripadvisor, etc.
