I have a favored oil that I have been using, then I spotted what appeared to be a legitimate article, which I now believe is a lead article pointing to the company's site du jour.  I went there and believed that I was purchasing a "Trial" (check out the websites and they all have the button "RUSH MY TRIAL").  No where in the process of the order, including provided literature or email receipts, does it warn that this is NOT a trial, but a subscription to a product that will be automatically sent after a trial period.  

IT DOES have a disclaimer provided the Terms and Conditions, which I did not click on and read until days later.  It DOES NOT have a disclaimer in the order process to read those terms and conditions before ordering.  The terms are a small nondescript button at the very bottom (if you scroll that far down) of the long web page.  

Now for the SCAM: I found and read those terms on day 17.  When I called they would not stand behind their 100% Guarantee (highlighted in the advertisement), though they did in the end after an arguement with them, refund (if I do receive) a little over 60% of my future (not current/previous) order.  During the conversation, after realizing I needed to cancel the "subscription plan," I was told that the first order was not a trial, but a trial period (it does disclaim that if you find it and I knew it going in)... however, the trial period in print is 14 days + 3 days for shipping and states clearly 17 days to cancel; I called on day 17. 

During the conversation, I was adamantly told the "trial period is 13 days" numerous times, while I was looking at the written text on my screen - and I copy from their text: "If you are dissatisfied with the product, you must call 8662074332 within 14 days trial plus 3 days shipping (total of 17 days) from today to cancel your membership and avoid being charged of $89.91, which is the full price of the product."

ALSO NOTE: I was charged $94.91 (they are refunding $60).  While researching, I discovered at least one other site, listed above and appears to be connected, is charging more than Buy Humbolts Best site, so I guess I'm at least ahead of the game.  Please BEWARE.
