Buyin Auto buyinauto.com Sold a used transmission with over 125000 miles when stated on ly 60000 Sunny Isles Beach Florida

I purchased a transmission in August and finally got it installed 2 weeks ago.  My AAA authorized garage informed me that this transmission was much older and has at least double the miles that your company disclosed of 60,000 miles. 

There were metal shavings that I have had to service the transmission twice already. Since there was no way for me to check the quality of this transmission at the time of purchase I have no recourse I am sure, but let me tell you I am highly disappointed that this company would push and sell such an atrocity as you they have.   

• I should have known when they refused to take a credit card and only wanted a check (1st red flag) 
• Then when I was not going to order all of a sudden they can take a credit card. (2nd red flag). 
• Then the representative lies and says they are an affiliate of LKQ... Geeeezzzz ..... 
• Then the 1st transmission "breaks" en route and no communication (3rd and 4th red flags). 
• Then I tried to cancel and they are going to charge me $200 for shipping on a part that I had no control over and no communication from them...LOL>>>>> 
• No communication except for when I called the company and until the shipping service called to deliver.

  The red flags are waving all over, but still I continued in good faith with the company..    SHAME ON  YOU!!@!@!@   I am extremely disappointed and not happy with their product and service.
