Wanting to list my home for sale on MLS, I paid BYOWNERMLS.COM LLC $134.95 on June 6, 2021. The listing services was assigned to mlsmyhome.com also with the same Frisco, TX address. I spent good part of the day filling out the listing form. When it came to uploading photos of property, the jpg images could not be posted. They had to be resized taking up about two more hours of my time.
When it was finally completed, mlsmyhome.com sent me the terms of our agreement. The terms included the clause that in any dispute the State of Florida had jusisdiction. This was a flag because mlsmyhome.com and BYOWNERMLSCOM LLC are located in Frisco, Texas.
I declined the terms and asked BYOWNERMLS.COM LLC to assign someone who is lacated in New Jersey where the property is situated. I was ignored. I asked Chase bank to have my money refunded. They could not credit me because they stated that BYOWNERMLS.COM LLC services were, in theory, "available." Even the bank could not stop this scam.
