"100% DO NOT recommend C & H Custom Security Systems, Inc. We paid C & H Custom Security Systems, Inc. for their services for 1 year in advance and afterwards were told that the alarm system is nonfunctional and now C & H Custom Security Systems, Inc. wants to charge us 100’s of dollars additional to fix their non functioning alarm system or 1000’s (?) to install a new system.
Although C & H Custom Security Systems, Inc. has not monitored our alarm for one single day, C & H Custom Security Systems, Inc. refuses to refund our money. HORRIBLE unethical and dishonest, unreliable business practices. HORRIBLE customer service, business ownership and management We are filing a small claims suit against C & H Custom Security Systems, Inc. and will update with the results.
