Cabrillo Coastal insurance Harbor Claims Not paying for damages caused by a broken water heater during an active home insurance policy Gainesville Florida

I had an apt flooded completely for two different reasons. It caused damages to four contiguous units. 

Expenses exceed $ 14,000.00 after 2 months they sent me a check for $ 1,400.00 a week later after they have confirmed that at least the company that dried the unit out would be paid in full.   Very poor communications with this company, dragging their obligations for ever, really a bad recommendation from Allstate Insurance.

i still want to believe it is a mistake or even a joke... but they are not returning emails!
