On January 31, 2022, the incident occurred at approximately 2:45 PM. I had to take my car in multiple times to diagnose and fix the same issue they said was not. Luckily, my warranty covered the most expensive repairs. This last time was a real disappointment since most of the service department personnel had been out from January 13-27 due to COVID-19.

I was unaware of this outbreak until I called and spoke to Eric, who handles all of the demanding customers in the service department. After a three-week stay for the second time, I went to pick up my car and discovered the same issue persisted after I paid the $1,354.57 bill.

From the moment I walked in, everything and everybody was rushing me and ushering me somewhere else, in a hurry to move my car out and let the line continue without customer satisfaction. I complained until I talked to the manager, who was rude and told me to get my "d**n" car off his property and leave. I said okay, and left.

I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repairs (BAR), part of the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. They were mad because I asked them to disinfect the car and fix the issues I brought it in for, not make another costly appointment, and end up with another problem I did not have.  Now I know why these people do not take American Express.

Regardless, I disputed the charge with my bank. I am referring to the service station on 194 Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 902111. I have never experienced such unprofessional service or accosted in an unfriendly manner.
