Hard Money Agency Fraud, Scammed Me Issued a Term Sheet for a Loan, then charged me upfront fees. Never closed on the loan, wanted more money. Broker said he had another lender, then lied about that. Sheridan WY

Caleb Walsh, Ric Brignole, had me Zelle them upfron fees in the thousands for a mortgage loan. Then wanted more money. I said I need the loan closed. The loan never closed. The broker made up so many stories on a new lender, the old lender is going to close, then there was another lender. This was a scam to get upfront fees from me. I asked for a refund, no refund was ever given.

The term sheet they gave me was so fake, I had a Law Enforcement friend of mine dig into the lenders information from the Term Sheet. This Hard Money Loan Agency or the HM Loan Advisors is not listed anywhere, no website address, no phone number. The address they have is a place in Sheridan Wyoming that has a long history of fraud attached to it.

I was scammed out of my hard earned money, these people need to be stopped. This is a fake Hard Money Lender, this is a Scam, all Fraud. I also feel like they stole all my business and personal information. My frined called several of the businesses in the area of the address, he was told the address is used to register shell businesses in Wyoming. And was also told, no one has an office there with the business lenders name. 

These people just lied, took my money. I was scammed. This is all a scam, fraud, fake online hard money loan scam.
