I placed an order with CALI CLO (caliclothing.com) and never received the item. I first contacted them on May 24, 2025, requesting an update. They responded on May 27 with an apology, stating the item was delayed and to wait. By May 31, I requested a refund due to continued silence and lack of tracking updates.
On June 2, they denied the refund and gave me a tracking number from YunExpress, which still says “Processing” weeks later—with no progress or delivery in sight. I followed up multiple times throughout June, receiving only vague apologies and promises to get back to me, which were never fulfilled. By June 13, communication stopped entirely.
I’ve since filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and the California Attorney General. As of now, I feel I’ve been scammed—no product, no refund, and no accountability.
Use caution if considering a purchase from this company. Their lack of transparency and follow-through is concerning.

I wonder when your commission check from the BBB will get to you? First, understand I am not diminishing your level of complaint against this business. However, let's look at the FACTS, shall we??? The BBB calls themselves a "bureau" as a RUSE and only to DECEIVE the public into thinking they are something they are not. The BBB is most assuredly NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement entity and as such, the BBB has ZERO POWER to force or order any business to do anything. Got it? The ONLY purpose of the PHONEY BALONEY BBB is to SELL their FAKE RATINGS to any business willing to BUY THEM! What the slime ball trash at the BBB will do is use your complaint to try to SELL this business a FAKE A+ RATING. Since you are supplying the BBB with a sales lead, then YOU should be paid a commission, don't you think? The BBB is NOT your friend, and will never be because friends DO NOT DECEIVE FRIENDS LIKE THE BBB DOES TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC. The BBB doesn't care about your problem. The ONLY things the BBB cares about is the REVENUE gained by SELLING another PHONEY RATING and maintaining the on going DECEPTION of the American public. Your complaining to the various business regulators is correct. The BBB is nothing more than a PHONEY BALONEY PAY-FOR-PLAY CON-GAME which has DECEIVED the public long enough and needs to be SHUT DOWN by the regulators
