California Prime Recovery Substandard services/ Covid19 super spreader facility/ profiteering from ongoing relapses/ Rentry of relapsers without proper protocol Fountain Valley California

This place is a covid 19 super spreader. they don't require masks, clients travel to other states and don't require quarantine to return, people packed in small rooms with no social distancing. many have tested positive and they don't tell anyone. relapsers are ok to come back right off the streets without any physical screenings and or tests.  I wouldn't send my poodle here. when you raise the issue, the clinical director and her "lead therapist " act out their mental illness on you. this is a dysfunctional/ toxic program that fires its best workers all the time.

Clients relapse frequently and they are shoved around between their PHP and their " Mental Health " facilities without any real care for quality of services or proper CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid19 participants and staff. I know of many patients who were allowed to fly out of state, came back without any quaratine or health screening for the virus. And some were positive for the virus. 

Recently, 2 very mentally disturbed females took over the facility causing major problems because of their lack of training and also causing many of the best employees to leave. 

The food is horrible in spite of the exorbitant amount of money this place charges the insurance companies, consisting of KFC chicken boxes, chinese food with no accomodations for diabetic or vegetarians. The techs often appear very short tempered and sit in their office all day neglecting their duties to help the clients and staff. 

The group rooms are small and they squeeze 14 /15 people to a small room, no masks, no social distancing, no temperature checks, no quarantines or enforcement of any CDC guidelines. 

THIS PLACE IS A POWDER KEG WAITING TO GO OFF.
