A joke of an attorney and a joke of a staff. I was in an accident May 2 2018. After many calls and no one knowing anything because the cases kept getting transferred from one person to another, I receive a call from Cynthia.... ONE YEAR AND 6 MONTHS LATER to tell me, "oh, some how, someone forgot to send an adjuster for your car".... ummmm...... I am sorry... did I hear this correctly??

Isn't this something that is one of the FIRST things to do in an accident and not something that is done ONE YEAR AND SIX MONTH LATER?? This is THE MOST DISORGANIZED law firm I have seen. He promotes himself on 670 am, which is a Iranian radio with all kinds of BS.... He says that he checks the progress of EVERY SINGLE case biweekly... Hmmmmm, I guess my file must has slipped thru the cracks this whole time.

So, needless to say, They have ruined my credit by sending me places for treatment and never letting them know this is part of an accident, now these items are in collection on my credit report. I am disgusted that he can sit on the radio giving false promises to people and most believe him, myself included.... Oh one more thing since he claims he is the BEST ATTORNEY for Lyft and Uber drivers.... he gets the "most settlement from them compared to other attorneys" , stating that Ubers insurance co, James River has recognized him and some kind of "whatever wonderful" lol.... funny.... the insurance company you are up against fighting for "your clients" recognizes you as the best or whatever BS you state on Iranian radio??

This "attorney", if that's what you want to call him, is a joke. His firm is a circus and when you call to follow up, they themselves usually have NO CLUE as to where you case stands. They will ruin your credit, give you the run around, not return your calls, give you false information and make your experience with them a nightmare....

Mind you, my case is STILL OPEN with them... Bernie has now promised to "personally" handle things from here on out but apparently Bernie is now sick, so again things will fall thru the cracks again. You are SERIOUSLY better off with NO ATTORNEY than to let Mr. Yadidi or his firm handle your case.... yes, next call will be to the State Bar of California: http://www.calbar.ca.gov/Public/Complaints-Claims
