Camping World of Concord DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD OF COORD Concord North Carolina

Warning****We just had the worst possible experience with Camping World of Concord and would not recommend anyone buy from them!  We purchased our first RV ever from camping world in September 2022. Before purchase our Sales rep informed us the RVs go through a rigorous inspection before delivery to make sure everything is working properly before we take home. When we went to show our new RV to family members at home we realized the generator did not work, one of the level jacks did not lower, the solar panel we paid for was not installed, screens were falling off not installed correctly, the entry door was jammed/hard to open and the drawers pop out when driving. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks to fix everything.

After two months and finally receiving the RV back, Camping world did not offer any complimentary items for our inconvenience of paying for a Brand new RV for two months we could not use and the worst part, the main reason for purchasing this RV was to Tailgate for the panthers games this season which we were unable to do. Because of the upfront bad experience and not being able to enjoy our RV after purchase we decided to just sale the RV and be done with. We asked Camping World about buying it back and the final slap in our face was their offer price. Now keep in mind, the past few months of "our ownership" the RV was in their possession still for the repairs so it wasn't being used. They offered $90k for a 2023 A32 Thor RV that is listed on their sales sheet for $191,085 (see photo), this price does not include the brand new solar panel added too.
