Canopy Energy System doesn't produce 5.8 kWp. Paid 31k for the system. Terrible customer service. Van Nuys CA

1. The system doesn't produce 5.8 kWp. Paid 31k for the system. Lied. Ripoff.
2. The system is broken for 2 months no reimbursed of the bill as promised. Very low equipment
3. No communication.
4. I paid thirty-one thousand to Canopy energy for the solar system. It's lots of money for average taxpayer Americans - a family person like me. They lied to me government/ City will send me a 10k discount check. Later I found out it was tax credit. They lied.
5. The solar system was broken less than a year after installation. It was broken for 2 months. Alex Bronstein told me, canopy solar will reimbursed my bill. After that no response, No Email reply, No call back.
6. My system doesn't produce 5.8 kWp. I paid 31k for the system, I can get a better system for 12k-15k. I request them to investigate my low production system. No reply, they totally ignore my concern.

Now I end paying more for electricity than I use to pay before canopy solar installed. Now I pay 203 dollar month( yearly around 2450 dollars) for the system. Before I use to pay 1500-1600 for the whole year bill. I have to do these next 30 years!! This is really brutal.
