Although this place is spacious and has enough outlets and it's a nice place to get some work done, people working here are not that great. Banking staffs are always occupying the information desk and spend most of their time chilling and hanging out with one another. They occasionally greet visitors and always willing to help customers.
They don't seem to know everything about Capital One (there were a few times I asked them about some of the programs about Capital One and they couldn't answer them). It really does seem like one of the easiest jobs in the world because you spend most of your time hanging out with coworkers, occasionally, out of guilt, pretending to work by opening up a laptop and staring at it.
It's the worst Peet's Coffee I've ever had both in terms of taste and their customer service. It seems I'm not the only one who had this issue. In my case, there is this a Caucasian woman who seems to have been working here for forever. She has been very rude to me, and thought she was a racist. One time she yelled at me, and another time she gave me this condescending look that as if she was dealing with some kind inferior piece of sh*t.

I see the demons are still tormenting people who post their mistreatment from bad businesses. If you can't what you dish out then don't dish it out. The demons can't take it what they dish out on this site. This site wasn't made for bullying people. But they took it over to make consumers sorry that they posted how bad businesses have treated them.
Employees and consumers have no freedom of speech rights or nothing! Stacy hates me and she doesn't even know me nither do the others who have cyber bullied me! KNOW YOUR TRUE ENEMY.

Nothing you showed here, shows any racisim except perhaps on your part. If in your mind "rude = racisim", you really need to get that Chip off of your Shoulder.
It is amazing that you seem to have been going here for a significant amount of time, and you see this employee who seems to have been there forever. Yet you say that "one time" she yelled at you, and "one time" she gave you this condesending look.
I bet you are not telling us the entire story here. As in getting "yelled" at, I would bet it wasn't a case of you just walking in the door and before you did or said anything having this employee come up to you and start yelling.
By the way if you don't like the coffee...don't buy it.

This post belongs on a Yelp Review site, not Ripoffreport.com. I don't see any hint that you were "ripped off" here. The service at this place is bad? Leave a bad review, then. If it's generally bad for a lot of customers, the place will do lousy business and the staff will get fired. But nobody "ripped you off."
