Car Mats Customs Charged My Card $304 But Never Dlivered The Product! Puyang Hubei

I ordered customed car mats from a China based Company called Car Mats Customs. Their Shipping Policy stated that mats takes 7 days to design and arrives at the customer's home within 24-31 days after order placement.

About 7 days after placing my order I got an email from Car Mats Customs stating that my oder had been shipped. 14 days later I had'nt received any tracking info from Car Mats Customs. So, I emailed them to request tracking info. A person name Jane wrote back informing me there had been a delay in designing and mailing out my order due to covid-19.

She informed me that my product would be mailed out shortly and that I would receive tracking info from her soon! 35 days later, I emailed Car Mats Customs to cancel the order because I had not heard back from them nor had I received any tracking info. Jane from Car Mats Customs responded stating that due to their Refund Policy she could not refund my money, and she further stated that my product had aready been shipped out. It all sounded fishy to me, because I had not received any tracking info from them in 35 days!

In her reply email she provided me a new tracking link, but when I opened it, it did not look or read like a normal, official tracking App. It was written the way people speak, for example "delivered on airplane", "went straight on airplane to Wuhan" etc. It made no sense! However, the one thing it did show, was that of March, 26, 2021 my product was showing it had  "Just arrived in Hong Kong, China". So, 35 days of waiting and my product was still sitting in China?! Yeah right! it's a scam and I've been scammed out of $304 dollars!

So, I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and posted this warning on Rip Off Report for others who might be contemplating ordering from them..."DON'T DO IT!"  They will hold your money hostage and not deliver your product!
