Career Evolved Sold executive coaching and did NOT deliver AZ

I notified my coach on 08/01/23 that I didn’t understand what I was paying for and it was not the services I was told I would got. They responded that I need to work on my mindset. I notified the coach again on 08/17/23 that I wasn’t getting what I paid for and I needed executive coaching. She told me to go back and watch the recording of our previous meeting and ended the call. I then notified the owner during our call on 8/21 because she canceled our 8/11 call last minute. The owner’s response felt like the gaslighting that occurred with my coach. Not admission or acknowledgment of my requests or that I felt like I had been lied to in the sales process.

I requested a refund. Owner denied it at first and then offered a refund and then stopped communicating with me.

I don't want other people who are looking for support to be robbed of 10 to 6K dollars for services they will not receive.
