CareFirst of Maryland refuses to cancel my ACA policy upon going on medicare and Medicare advantage plan.FOR MONTHS I have tried to terminate my CareFirst plan,and my dental plan.For three months while having household sickness during a pandemic I have spent endless hours on hold,while waiting for customer service only to find out they have no power to help.The policy CareFirst keeps billing for and refuses to terminate can not accompany Medicare.Since 6/1 /2020 Medicare advantage has paid all claims.Please help me explain to CareFirst it is unethical to charge for a policy that the customer tried to terminate long before 6/1,that is impossible to have while on Medicare,and Medicare is paying all claims since 6/1
