US CAR-GO FREIGHT LLC Signed contract, reneged on contract, promised refund of my deposit, will not refund my 230.00 deposit Tampa Florida

On 7/1423, I entered into a contract with US CARGO FREIGHT LOGISTICS LLC, to ship a car that I had purchased from Wilmington, NC (28405), to my home in Pacific Grove, CA (93950), for the agreed upon price of 1000.00, with 230.00 paid down, and the balance of 770.00 to be paid to the driver upon delivery. I have shipped many cars in the past.

Approximately a week later, the company sent me texts saying "we have a driver, call us" and i said just ship it, as I have paid your deposit, and you don't need me to ship the car from my sister's house (they had my sisters address and phone #), so they kept at it, trying to have me give them the okay to ship it, which I had already done...

.. Then, it evolved into

"oh we have a truck in the area, respond now, which I did, and US CARGO said that they have a driver ready to go, but the driver requires 1400.00 more to ship it (rather than the 770.00 balance I owed.. So I saw what this was leading to rapidlv. which was a scheme, to have me sign the contract for x amount of dollars, but not to honor the contract. I told US CARGO to cancel the order and refund my money, which they won't do...

..they have promised me a refund (calling

them on the phone, and "chatting with them online through their website, and they have promised a refund 3 times, and have received NOTHING.. I want to prosecute this company to the fullest extent of the law that I can, and short of that, I expect a FULL REFUND ASAP..
