Caribbean Wholesale Vacations,LLC (Mr. George Tsapelas) Caribbean / Sunny Vacations LLC Charged $3,920 for flights ,lodging and land excursions. Never notified us of cancellations .Offered a future travel credit without authorization or consent.Procrastinated to avoid issuing a refund! Brooklyn New York

We paid for a travel excursion for Oct.31-Nov. 7 ,2020. All payments were submitted as per their requests.$3,000.00 total for airline tickets/ lodging.An additional $920.00 for land excursions. Mr. George Tsapelas insisted that our trip would take place and continued to lead us on to believe all documents were submitted under false pretenses. Ultimately , they mailed "travel land vouchers" without airline tickets and were we never oficially advised of any cancellations from airline or travel agency.

We immediately requested a refund back to our accounts.They did not honor our requests and instead offered a future travel credit. This offer was never discussed as an option, nor did they have any authorization or consent. This business has a history of fraudulant practices and unethical transactions. We demand a full refund and we have reached out to several government agencies and other legal venues to assist with this matter. Why is this agency still in business? There are many additional  complaints regarding this proprietor and his travel agency from many years ago !!!
