Carlo is a short ugly 55 year old man who is involved in criminal activity. He is involved with a group in Henderson which is controlled by retired corrupt cops and some active cops.

He is involved in several crimes.

The main one is finding ways to steal from the restaurants he works at-he also blackmails the owners and managers of these restaurants/ Cafe Leone - the owner lost a lot after Carlo scammed him.

Carlo is also involved in sex crimes. He works with a woman called Heather. Carlo finds and befriends married men, usually from the places he works at. 

The way it goes is Carlo befreinds these men then he says lets go to so and so.

Long story short - Heather a busty redhead woman  - then performs sexual acts with these men.

Carlo videos this sex act with the men and Heather. Heather is an ex prostitute, swinger and into BDSM. 

So they get on video these sex acts - usually embarasing ones like BDSM and so on. Later the men receive blackmail threats to pay $X - Carlo has all the info on these men like wife's names kids schools addresses etc.

There is a variable to this scam - where retired cops act as if theyre Vice and they threaten to arrest the men-then Carlo pretends to negotiate with these so called corrupt cops and the men terrified pay up.

Keep away from Carlo and Heather. His wife has no clue.
