This company claims to help brokers and carriers find loads (or post loads if you are a boker). This is not what they do. They are set up to steal all of your accounts. Ask them if they migrate your customer base onto their software if they will sign a non-disclosure agreement. They will not do this..... because it is a scam!!!!
They stole my customer base. A rich list of great clients that move cars often. They are a broker. They have set up this elaborate scheme so they can market the crap out of your customer database and steal all of your accounts.
Do not be fooled. Google their address. See what broker is working out of the same address location. Caught you! Thief... scum bag! It's an email marketing scam company. I believe they robo dial out of this location as well. The attorney general should shut them down. Thieves and liars. Look at the results below. CarShipIO - Zero income!!!!

So, "Karen" its very simple, if you are real and have a real complaint.
Please do one of the following.
1. Email us at support@carshipio.com, call us: 267.270.2248 or leave your #, email, FB, anything to reach you back.
2. Provide the name of your company or any shred of evidence, email communication or PrintScreen?
3. SUE US, I MEAN IF WE'VE DONE ALL THE THINGS U'RE ALLEGING, WHE SHOULD PAY FOR OUR SINS and it would not be hard to file a lawsuit!
Things like how exactly and when did CarShipIO "Stole" your customers?

The response they write to my review is a lie. Consumers who take the time to research this company should find my review on this site. Consumers need to be very alarmed. Why does this company show no profit? Answer: because they profit by stealing your database of customers. They try to steal your loads posted by having their customers send lower price bids to your customers. RUN from CarShipIO.com Run like hell!

CarShipIO is not a broker and does not steal any of our customers information nor repurposes it anyway, as it's stated in our terms and conditions. All of the customer's information is confidential.
We never had or not sure who this "person" claims to be... but we never had a single complaint from the customer and our reputation is and will be flawless.
We would gladly sign a customer list nondisclosure agreement with "KAREN" or any of our customers demanding that.
This report is a total lie and inaccurate and slander, probably by some competitor.
If "Karen" has any communication between her and us on this matter that she can present I would be the first to apologize publically.
This report is seem to also be based on the fact that we operate out of accelerator @ FAU with many companies registered there, ok:) Silly, to my knowlege there is no and there where no brokers operating out of there as we would sure be introduced to them as potential customers of our great platform.
