Casey Main Madison police officer Wrongfully arrested falsely charged with disorderly and resisting Madison wisconsin

This complaint is intended to expose the truthful fact that Madison police officer
Casey Main lied numerously on a police report regarding an incident that occurred on the morning of January 12 2021 at my home on west side of Madison.

Early that morning at around 3am my newly aquired craigslist tenant Suzanne Strasimirofski had been making noise stomping up and down the basement stairs opening cabinets
and drawers looking for things to steal to support her newly resurfaced drug addiction ( fentanyl, ambien )

When I went downstairs to confront her about it.
She attacked me from behind by jumping on my back and pounding me with her fists and grabbing and pulling on my genitalia.
I managed to shake her off my back gently causing her to land safely unharmed onto her mattress as was my intention.
About 15 minutes later while asleep in bed I was called downstairs into my
living room where I was awaited by the assailant Suzanne Strasimirofski and officers Main and Kirby.
I was calm and polite to the officers and confident I would be allowed to explain to them
what really happened and assure them that there wasn't a problem as I have done in the passed in California a couple of times where PD cam is law.
The lights were intentionally off.
As I was about to give a detailed explanation to the officers as to what had actually happened officer Main stated "you're under arrest"
and then quickly lunged at me violently placing my right hand in a zip lock which I'm afraid has caused permanent nerve damage as a result.
He then dragged me in my pajamas and bare feet into the squad car in waiting in front of the house in the cold the entire incident took less than a minute.
In addition to me not being read my Miranda rights I was not told what the charges were so it put me in a terrified state of bewilderment because I hadn't committed a crime or broken the law I was the one attacted.

Every single reference in this shameful falsified report that states of my resistance to the arrest, or of any other officer other than Main being involved physically
up on the moment of arrest, or of him attempting to loosened the cuffs are completely fabricated lies plain and simple which unfortunately can not be disproven
because officer Main and Kirby had no recording devices on their uniforms.

Officer Main also falsely claims that he was in attendance at the jail ( he stayed at the house with officer Kirby ) and that when I arrived
I was combative and  uncooperative with the staff at that location which is a total lie which
video surveillance footage could prove but my stupid Wisconsin lawyer John Smerlinski didn't even try to obtain. The officer in the patrol car waiting in front of
the house to take me to jail never entered the residence.
 
Officer Main also perversely made up a tale that I pooped and peed my pants when I was being processed when I arrived at the jail rubbing it in my face
as to how he as a police officer can make up whatever lies he wants and get away with it excessive confidence of lack of accountability. It sickens me that this creep is a cop in my city.

I filed a complant with internal affairs but because COPS don't have body cams here they can get away with practically everything and the city attornys office couldn't care less.
MADISON POLICE OFFICER CASEY MAIN NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
