These women are the utter definition of scam artist. They are liars and cons. The criminal charges they tried to lie and file against me were ultimately dismissed ("in the best interest of Justice") once a complaint and investigation with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office Citizens Complaint division became involved.

Payne County DA actually dismissed everything against me and listed the reason as "in the best interest of Justice" so that tells you A LOT. Finally, the Oklahoma Association of Realtors hearing took place last week. I am happy to report they ruled IN MY FAVOR!!!!!! They believed EVERYTHING I said and the evidence I provided.

BOTH of these women have findings of: Articles 1, 2, 4 and 9 As you can see in the report they agreed that Cassie and Jaycee LIED about the repairs and condition and failed to follow the simplest of rules. This is no where near over. We needed this finding to take action in civil court, which we now have and will be doing. I'm happy to have been the one to expose these "women" for what they are and to prove what so many people have said. They ARE dishonest. They ARE scammers. This finding confirms it!!!!
