Cat lane the possible canine Vindictive withholding refund Wakefield Quebec

On October 6th 2022 I purchased 4 individual raw diet recipes for my dogs. Before making my purchases I asked her how she goes about making her recipes and was told she follows nrc guidelines. Which was great. 20 days later we are in contact and I learned that she uses methods that do not work for my particular animals. She refused to work to my specifications. A refund was offered. 

She then sends me a string of emails attempting to vindicate herself and will not let the matter lay. This is a pattern of hers. She has to be right and will ignore anything said by the person or people she is talking to in order to preach  her superiority in the subject of your animals.  

She stated in writing my refund would be processed within 14 days. Today 11/9/2022 I emailed her asking where my refund is. I was told it would take 30 days now. I asked her why and she ignored me choosing to point out she is providing a full refund as though she had provided some service or work that meant she was entitled to payments and is doing me a favor. I asked why again. She said she would not explain herself. I believe that she is withholding my refund out of some insulted ego and vindictive motivate. 

She has shown herself time and time again to be volatile, petty and entitled. I have since found out that her style of recipes are full of high amounts of starches and vegetables matter not suited to facultative carnivores. Choosing to follow nrc guidelines regardless of the fact that many of its upper and lower guidelines are based off of denatured food stuffs and can not be simply traded in value for raw fresh foods. Many animal nutritionists are able to artfully design recipes using the nrc recombinations support a carnivores nutritional needs. She does not see the nuances nor does she take into account the Individual animals needs. 

If dealing with this woman you are required to acquiesce  to her superiority. If you have specific requirements or an allergy she will simply ignore it.  If you are simple minded and are easily led by the nose then she is right for you. If you advocate for your animals then don't go to her. 

She is petty, self righteous and vindictive.
