Do your research before you come in here!! I made the mistake of not doing my homework. I came to sell an engagement ring and they completely ripped me off!! They practically robbed me and I didn't realize til 6 months later. When I was at the store I was indecisive and told the guy I would think about it , and he was "trying to help me out " by negotiating a " fair " amount and only boosted it up by $100. Made it seem like he knew the type of ring /diamond it was and fooled me by saying it wasn't worth much. When later I found out it was in fact worth a good amount. 6 months later when I contacted them I told them I'd buy it back, they assured me the ring was long gone and probably melted already. Please do your research, because these people aren't experts on all piece of jewelry and will lie to your face and rip you off!! I regret walking in here so much.
