Centerpoint Archery Failed to give shipping confirmation Superior Wisconsin

I purchased a crossbow from centerpoint archery on Thanksgiving 2024, I received a order confirmation but I never received a shipping confirmation with tracking info. I sent emails and called with no response until January 2025. Talked to customer service in January which he said they knew shipping confirmations were not being sent out. Also said the order was shipped in December. Not knowing when or if the item was shipped I had no way of knowing when it would arrive. Day of delivery nobody was home to receive the package,  Needless to say porch pirates got the package. 

  Centerpoint archery refuses to accept any responsibility for the package being stolen. They say a shipping confirmation or tracking info is not required. Even though the rep admitted they knew the emails were not being sent. Centerpoints ignored emails from the better business bureau. All of this could of been avoided with just a simple tracking number. 

  To this day centerpoint and Ravin crossbows refuse to accept any kind of responsibility for what has happened. So I spent 330.00 for nothing. I strongly recommend nobody purchase anything from this company if I could give them negative stars I would. Centerpoints/Ravin archery is a f***in joke.
