Note The owner may need a.visit from the Attorney General’s office and a slew of Daily violations to remedy this fiasco. A dangerous situation brewing here.

Although I do have some concerns regarding certain amenities that are standard when paying rather discounted or third party or not, such as Entry to the building at your leisure via a Key. Also, a working phone at front desk with a real number. Staff that are reachable when most needed, like …to gain access to a door you’re paying for since you can’t have a key to enter such doors. Most but not all staff here care about guest experience and try making it as pleasant as afforded due to poor ownership and 0 budget to upgrade linen, furnishings and key card access to each guest. Guests are often left to fend for themselves at any and all hours left in the front steps if the building. A Lawsuit waiting to happen. Out dated furniture, probably not a legal establishment. n in vestiges serious over due. What will it take for owners to clean up their act? Why is the. It’s turning a blind eye? I say sue the city, as well as any and all parties discovered allowing such inhumane and unlawful conditions unduly subjected upon paying and unsuspecting guests. With so many unflattering reviews one might assume the owner would act swiftly. Unfortunately it usually takes a magistrates gavel to bring about real action. And perhaps a full audit
