cerxin.com serfastly paid for a radio controlled airplane via the internet ad...was mailed a "Dollar store" little metal toy airplane

According to the web ad..this was to be a virtually indestructible radio controlled airplane.  Could take off from land or water, was also water proof and showed a full grown man stepping on the plane and it did not break.  It was a nice video ad.  Ordered it on June 21st, 2020, received a toy plane on July 11th, 2020.  I have had several email conversations with Muki and Sabbir.

This will look familiar:  this was their latest response in me asking for the RC plane that was advertised and what I paid for.  This is verbatum.. "We are very sorry to hear that the goods you received can not meet your satisfaction.  While according to our substantial experience, it will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.  If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it.  Looking forward to hearing from you.  Best regards! this is absolutely amazing!  that is actually what they wrote.  The warehouse was in Rosemead, CA...$9.95 USPS to anywhere in the US for this piece of junk toy plane for ages 3+!   Substantial experience...I think they meant substandard experience!   HAhahaha send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it?!?!
