This is a very dishonest person who ripped us off 

Chalyne Steer hired us to create her WordPress website. After the job started and halfway through the project she changed her mind and wanted a Shopify store instead. We changed the project to Shopify and did not charge her for this error that she made. We then see the terms of payment to 3 payments. She had trouble making her payment every time and every time we gave her a break and extended the deadline. She also then set her own payment terms which we agreed to again, and again.

She Had to borrow her mother's credit card in order to pay her balance and we tried to work with her to resolve any issues that she was having. The site was completed and running perfectly. 3 weeks later the site breaks and asks us to fix it. I told Ms. Chalyne Steere that out of courtesy we will be fixing this for her. She took it the wrong way and found the opportunity to discredit the website in order to avoid not paying her last bill of $700 which was due on 6/15. 

This is a basic case of an employer taking advantage of a company that has served thousands of happy customers. 

She has currently locked us out of her Shopify account, using our design and not paying for it.

 Let it be known that we have contacted Chalyne Steer many times to help her with any issues that Chalyne Steer has but she has not replied for the sake of avoiding paying her debt.
