I purchased merchandise from this company for 10 years and the products are very nice quality. My opinion of the owner, Marc Felicio, is the reason for this complaint. I sold a valuable item to him prior to Covid and have yet to be reimbursed for the sale. I've received countless guarantees that i would receive product or payment from Marc since March 2020 but he has yet to settle the debt.

He refuses to answer phone calls about it but will respond to texts, generally in a mocking tone. Extremely unprofessional and lacking greatly with morals. Proceed with caution with this guy and his company.  The item was a Babe Ruth autographed faramed print.  I purchased it from Marc for $5,000 and sold it back to him when covid hit for $3,850 but he has not paid me anything for it.
