Charles Saucier was hired to redo the siding on a part of our home back in December. He requested a portion of the payment as most companies do upfront. We also gave him around $400 for the wood and siding material. He claimed to put in the order for the siding, but it would be a month before it got in due to shortages everywhere.

After we gave him that he took the siding off of the house, which was a struggle to schedule from the beginning. Then he left our siding off and stopped answering calls. We had to reach out to the company he claimed he worked for to be given a new cell phone number for Charles and be told he doesn’t work for them he is just related to the owner.

We were able to reach him much to Charles surprise. He kept saying the siding wasn’t ready and we requested the receipt for the order and he refused to provide one. We told him to just give us the material or $300 back to just end this contract and he changed his number again.

We told him we would report him to the police and he said he would pay, but continues to change numbers. He also scammed someone else we reached out to in the same way of starting a job and then changing numbers. We are out money and still since December do not have our siding fixed.
