This jerk called us to their home in Santa Ana, CA before he moved to Chicago, IL. Chau M Dao agreed beforehand to a service call charge to troubleshoot and diagnose the spa draining.
The equipment was old and dilapated we explained in Engrish to Chao Dao Kung Pao in simple terms even they could understand that the check valve he had is over 40 years old and no longer available, we provided other options and solutions to repair.
Chau M Dao was extrememly rude to us when we called to explain and refused to pay. We don't work for free; do you Chau M Dao go to work for free? A$$HOLE. "A customer is does not pay is not a customer, a customer who does not pay is a THIEF"
