This all started because the receptionist who answered the phone was unnecessarily rude when I simply asked if there could be an extension on a payment. I even told her I completely understood if they couldn’t and didn’t expect one because they had worked with me before. But instead of just answering professionally, she was incredibly rude and dismissive.

After that, I left my initial review about my negative experience, and shortly after, my credit score mysteriously dropped by nearly 60 points on February 28th. I have been actively making payments through a law firm, yet suddenly, my account was updated in a misleading way—lowering the balance but keeping the charge-off status to damage my credit further. This is clear retaliation for my review, and I have now filed disputes with the credit bureaus to expose their fraudulent reporting practices.

Even my original lender, who no longer reports to the bureaus, agreed that this sudden score drop was suspicious and didn’t make sense.
