The information on the properties they claim to be selling is completely incorrect. Basic information such as the address, parcel number and annual tax information is completely incorrect (the address and parcel number they provide does not exist). I found this after doing my "due diligence" to locate the property and relevant information.
This was not easy because the property is located in a very small town far from me. They do not appear to me to be an established business, except in displaying an "online" presence. Any potential patron should definitely investigate and ask for more credentials. I would not send money anywhere, unless the documents and transactions were at least reviewed by a licensed professional, like a realtor or attorney.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Owner's Response
AUTHOR: Eric Michael - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 08, 2021
1. The author is not confirmed (and it says so at the top of their complaint).
They do no state their name- which is highly suspicious.
2. We do not ask anyone to send money unless their research is 100% completed.
3. They are making an obvious statement here, and it's incorrect. We encourage everyone to do their research and Realtors are not the most likely to help. The proper people to hire (if you want to do a thorough research) would most likely be at a minimum (a) title company (b) real estate attorney (c) property surveyor and (d) builder.
