My friend won around $40 from this online casino. When he told me about it, I registered and used the $2 they gave us as bonuses for signing on to play the same slot he won on. I immediately won $102.

You must have a minimum of $100 to cash out, so I cashed mine out after I bought a package that the rules stated I had to. I verified my information and received a notification that my money would arrive in my bank account soon. I played the package that I purchased until my balance was zero.

My friend kept playing on the $40 he won for a good while until he finally had $100 to redeem. The following day we both received emails from the casino stating that they only deposited half of our winnings because we won that money on free play.

I have never heard of any casino denying a payout for free play winnings. My friend had used up his free play long before winning his $100 and redeeming it, and then played on his purchase for a good while, getting his balance back up to around $100, which he left in for future play. Not only did the casino steal half of our winnings but they stole the winnings he made AFTER redeeming the other money. They also refused to credit my account for the other $50 I won that I would have played further with.

They tried to justify their actions by stating some ridiculous terms about winning with bonus money given to us to entice us to play. Nowhere in their advertisements about receiving bonus money to sign up and play did they mention that if we won, we could not receive the winnings if we used that bonus money to win it. I have played at casinos before, both in person and online, and not one ever refused to give payouts won on free play. And the money they stole out of his account was NOT won on free play but was won with money he purchased from their casino.

DO NOT USE THEIR OFFERED BONUS MONEY TO PLAY OR THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS! This is a scam, and I, nor my friends and family, will ever play on their site again, which is their loss because we all like to gamble.

It's funny how they will never return the money from our losses but will find any excuse they can not to pay out the money we won. This is really bad business!
