Chiro one Wellness Center False Billing Oaklawn Illinnois

I was recieving adjustments until I developed a  very bad case of vertigo at their facility late fall 2018. I had to seek medical attention with medication at an Urgent Care Center. I followed-up with my primary doctor She examined me and I was still having symptoms she instructed me to stop going to Chiro one and referred my to physical therapy for treatments.

I returned to Chiro one and told them that I can no longer continue as directed by my physcian that was done before the end of the year. I just get this bill in the mail dated May 10,2019  for a bill of $505.00 they tried to get out of my insurance which was terminated  and I never came back to give them my new insurance.

Plus I was paying over a thousand dollars. for assembly-line care out of pocket. They claimed I came for 3 visits in January which is false because I was going for physical therapy which can be verified. They have this swipe system which can be manipulated when they want to see you for an evalution, insurance and price for continued treatments.

You also needed to swipe to see the chiroppracter which I was not aware of  and one worker told me not to worry about it because wthey know how to "fix it".They are falsyfying visit and always hustling you to get more visits which means more dollars for the business. I will challenge this slick scam to this highest.
