Simply put, we invested, and lost, a large sum of money with Chris because he is an exceptionally bad businessman.  He managed to collapse a real estate business at the height of the boom by grossly over extending his debt and not being transparent with investors on how bad things really were.  I won't be as hyperbolic as some other posters.  I doubt Chris is intentionally 'scamming' people, but he doesn't invest (financially or emotionally) in his own businesses the way he asks you to, and doesn't know how to grow or run a business successfully.  He embellishes in his sales pitches to where an FBI agent contacted us regarding his business practices in the collapsed Dilluso Homes business.  There is a chance your investment with Chris will be successful, but he has left a trail of investors with empty pockets and not so much as an apology. 

Chris Baird Consulting also ripped me off. I made the mistake of trusting this snake with my money and he ended up stealing it all and then giving me flase information about what was going on. I have since filed a police report and I see that Chris Baird is under investigation for many other criminal charges.

I also did a Google search and found out that tons of other people have been scammed by this guy. It would seem that Christ Baird Consulting has a reigonal scam going in the pacific northwest mostly in Portland Oregon and Vancouver Washington. See below as to what I have found:

I recently closed a real estate transacation with Chris Baird.  He is extremely professional and knowledable in real estate.  He delivered what was promised and was extremely easy to work with.  

This rebutal claiming that this is a false report is probably Chris Baird of Chris Baird Consultimg himself or someone that works for him and benefits from the scam. Sadly this is a true report as I am also one of the many people has had money stolen by him. This guy is a total sleeze, and I should have known better, you know the old saying "if it's too good to be true it probably is". 

I am saddened to think that the money he stole from me probably fueled some drug induced party night for this guy who is clearly a fraud. I mean the guy claims he knows Donald Trump, I feel bad for anyone else who does business with Chris Baird Consulting. Much like the original author of this post you would highly benefit from steering clear of this guy, he really is a liar and sociopath. I only hope that the law catches up with him before he harms anyone else.

To whomever wrote the rebuttal stating that this is a false claim, shame on you for further attempting to pull people in to Chris Baird Consulting and the web of lies and fraud that it creates. Many people are coming forward to voice their concerns on the fraud and thievery and I am hoping a class action lawsuit will be put together soon. For more info see:

First of all this is halarious. Obviously someone has beef with Chris and wants to smear whatever reputation he has. This is clearly an old girlfriend or disgrunteled employee. I know Chris personally and have known him for years. I know his family and his father. This post is ludicrous and is a very sad attempt at trying to publicly shame him, however it is just a reminder at how deperate and shameful the person is who wrote it. Chris Baird is a great guy and plenty of people have made money from doing business with him inculding me. He may not be perfect, but this is a sham of a rip off report. If rip off report wants any credibility at all they need to start taking down posts like these. It defeats the whole point of rip off report. 

On youtube there is a video that describes Chris Baird as being a scammer. This video was uploaded a week ago and already has over 7,000 views. The youtube video I am attaching is Chris Baird's origional video that was uploaded in April 2012. Here is proof that Chris has been operating a legimate business for years before rumors of any "scamming" came out all at once late in May 2015. This is a blatant attack on his reputation by someone who does not care about the truth.
