charlie at christmas bail bonds is not to be trusted ,he agreed to bail my sister out of jail and hwe seemed reasonable so i gave him a cash payment of $4150 towards her bail , which he agreed to return to me in full if for some reason he does not do the bond .when i spoke with him again he began asking for outrageous amount of money alot more then we discussed and more then i can afford. so i asked him for a refund of my money .
he refused to give it back to me and did not return my calls for a couple days.i asked him many times to please return my money and he refused i told him i was going to file a complaint with the calfornia insurance assoc. he did not seem to care . i did file the complaint and because of the covid -19 ir is going to take a little lomger to resolve this about 3 months before i see my money.pleaase do not use this bail bonds man he has 3 prior violations for recieving stolen property ,swindling customers and not returning funds and does not conduct his business as a professional .he is a thief .and does not deserve his restricted vail vonds liscense,

How come you had to post bond for that high amount for your sister?? Did she violate the bond?? If she did then the bond is lost because it was violated by your sister. If not - what is the reason he refuses to refund the bond? More than likely is because your sister has not gone to court because COVID-19 has shut everything down.
FYI please learn to SPELL if you want to be taken seriously because I had a really hard time understand this report.
