chuwi2018 on Ebay sold me a laptop that had been bad but marketed as new Internet

I had purchased a brand new laptop on Ebay frm this seller on 08/05/2024. It had been a Windows 11 laptop. It had said that it had been brand new. Last week on Tuesday, 11/26/2024 I had put my laptop on lock to leave my house to go get lunch. Once I had came back home, the screen had been black and lines running across it. I had tried my best to fix it. I had contacted the seller. They had told me that they are going to contact their engineers about it. They had never reached back out to me. I had asked the seller to either refund me my money or send me another one free of charge. They have not reached out to me to do either one of them. Ebay will not do nothing since it has been past 90 days. PayPal will not do nothing since it has been over 30 days. 

I had researched things that could cause this. It is based on:

They know that they had sold me a bad product. They should have included that warning on the description. Ebay and PayPal refuse to do anything about it even the seller had falsely advertised it. Do not pay a laptop computer from this seller on Ebay.
