Hired Cindi Conti to help find a house in Houston, TX. First, Cindi Conti does a poor job on helping you find a house. Cindi Conti doesn't put you on a list of homes to look at , instead she picks 5-6 houses for you and then emails you the list. Its pathetic way of being a real estate agent.
When I found a house to look at I emailed Cindi Conti. She went to view the house, took videos and emailed me. The videos were poor quality and her phone must be 7 years old. Being a realtor means putting clients first that is NOT what Cindi Conti did or does. Beware! Cindi Conti works for Compass RE Texas, LLC. My experience with Cindi Conti was the worst. After viewing this house in person with Cindi I asked her to place an offer. Little did I know what was going to transpire in the next few days and weeks.
Cindi Conti told me she would call the sellers agent- in this case the builders sales agent and get back with me. Instead of calling me back Cindi Conti emailed me " You are using two agents on the exact same house. You are wasting my time". Those were her words exactly! I emailed her back and said I am not using two agents and where is this coming from? Cindi Conti failed to email me back, left my offer in the dust and failed to provide the customer service experience you get from a reputable , professional realtor. Cindi Conti never got back with me.
Cindi Conti should really find a job where she places her assumptions first and get out of being a realtor. Realtors follow a code of ethics and have rules they have to abide by from the state of Texas. Cindi Conti failed on every one of these rules of ethics and codes. Cindi Conti left me in the dust and my offer never made it and therefore I never bought the house. Furthermore, Cindi Conti started to tell the sales agents I was arrested for fraud and embezzlement --- WOW! Where did she even get that from? Possibly because Cindi Conti is a scammer and a fraud herself.
BEWARE OF CON ARTIST CINDI CONTI REALTOR IN HOUSTON! Unless you want to be screwed, reputation torn then use her ,but Cindi Conti is a unethical realtor. Highly do not recommend Cindi Conti. Cindi Conti is a true unprofessional realtor.
