Circle Bank Circle Won't allow me to withdraw my money & charging huge undisclosed fees, taking all my money away Boston Massachuetts

I've been trying to withdraw my money from Circle for about a month.  Their policy forces me to wire money to them from my other bank before they allow me to withdraw money from Circle to that bank (already strange).  I went ahead and did this despite the $30 USD fee.  After a week of Circle claiming they didn’t receive the wire I contacted my other bank which confirmed Circle accepted the wire 7 days earlier and provided all the details.  I provided this to Circle, then they responded saying that they canceled the wire and therefore charged me a $50 wire cancellation fee!!!  And now they say they will not release my money to me unless I send another wire (which will result in $30-$80 in additional fees).  And they also stated that, if my bank (Wells Fargo) wires in a certain format, they just won’t be able to receive the wire or release my funds.
